How to Withdraw Crypto

Send crypto from your Kynettic wallet to any external wallet or exchange โ€” safely and correctly.

โฑ 4 min read Verification required
Heads up: You need a verified account and a transaction PIN before you can withdraw. Check the verification guide first if you haven't done this yet.

1

Go to your Wallet and tap "Withdraw"

Log in and tap Wallet in the bottom navigation bar. Then tap the Withdraw button to open the coin selection screen.

Search or scroll to find the coin you want to send. Coins with the highest balance appear at the top โ€” handy if you hold many different tokens.

3

Choose the correct network โ€” this is critical

The same coin can travel on multiple different blockchains (networks). You must pick the same network that the receiving wallet or exchange supports. Getting this wrong means your funds don't arrive.

CoinAvailable NetworksNotes
USDT TRC20 (TRON)
ERC20 (Ethereum)
BEP20 (BNB Chain)
TRC20 has the lowest fees (~$1). ERC20 can be expensive ($5โ€“$20+).
BTC Bitcoin network Only one network. Fees vary by congestion.
ETH Ethereum (ERC20) Gas fees fluctuate. Can be expensive during busy periods.
BNB BEP20 (BNB Chain) Very low fees, fast settlement.
Wrong network = lost funds. For example, sending USDT via TRC20 to an address that only accepts ERC20 will result in the funds not arriving โ€” and this cannot be reversed. Always confirm the network with the recipient first.

Enter the destination wallet address

Paste the wallet address you want to send to. This is a long string of letters and numbers โ€” always paste it, never type it manually.

Triple-check the address. Crypto transactions are irreversible. Even a single wrong character means your funds go to the wrong place permanently.

Enter the amount โ€” understand what you'll pay

Type the amount you want to send. The page shows you the network fee and how much the recipient actually receives.

What the recipient receives
Amount You Send โˆ’ Network Fee = Amount Received
Network fee goes to the blockchain miners/validators โ€” not to Kynettic
Withdrawal Example โ€” USDT via TRC20
Your wallet balance500 USDT
You want to send200 USDT
TRC20 network fee~1 USDT
Amount deducted from your wallet201 USDT
Recipient receives200 USDT
Your remaining balance299 USDT
Same withdrawal โ€” USDT via ERC20 (more expensive)
You want to send200 USDT
ERC20 network fee~10 USDT
Amount deducted from your wallet210 USDT
Recipient still receives200 USDT
Tip: Tap Max to send your full available balance. Kynettic automatically deducts the fee from the total so you don't go over your balance.

Review everything before confirming

A summary screen shows you the complete picture. Read every line carefully:

  • Is the address correct? (check first and last 4โ€“6 characters at minimum)
  • Is the network correct?
  • Is the amount and fee what you expected?

Enter your transaction PIN

Enter your 4-digit PIN to authorize. This is your final checkpoint โ€” once you enter the PIN, the withdrawal is submitted to the blockchain and cannot be cancelled.

Withdrawal submitted!

Your transaction is on its way. You'll receive a transaction hash (a unique ID) that you can use to track it on a blockchain explorer. Delivery time depends on the network โ€” TRC20 is usually under 2 minutes, Bitcoin can take 10โ€“60 minutes.

Minimum withdrawal: Each coin has a minimum withdrawal amount (shown on the withdrawal screen). If you try to withdraw below the minimum, the transaction will be rejected to protect you from spending more in fees than you're sending.
Sent to the wrong address or network? Unfortunately, crypto transactions cannot be reversed or recalled. Kynettic support cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address. Always verify before you confirm.
