Fees apply: A small transfer fee is charged on all Naira withdrawals. Transfers of ₦10,000 and above also attract a government-mandated Stamp Duty. We'll explain exactly how both work below.

1

Go to your Wallet and tap "Withdraw"

Tap Wallet in the bottom navigation, then tap the Withdraw button. On the next screen, select Naira (NGN).

2

Enter the amount — understand the fee tiers

Type the amount you want to withdraw. The fee depends on how much you're sending. There are two tiers:

Amount RangeTransfer FeeStamp DutyTotal Fee
₦0 – ₦9,999.99 ₦20 ₦0 ₦20
₦10,000 and above ₦20 ₦50 ₦70
What is Stamp Duty? It's a ₦50 tax the Nigerian government charges on all electronic transfers of ₦10,000 or more. It's not a Kynettic fee — every bank in Nigeria collects it too. Kynettic just passes it on automatically.
