How to Track Your P2P Orders

Go to Orders

Tap the Orders tab in the bottom navigation (or find it in your profile menu). You'll see all your P2P trades listed here.

Understand the order statuses

Each order shows a status badge. Here's what they mean:

• Pending — Order placed, waiting for the buyer to pay
• Paid — Buyer marked as paid, waiting for seller to confirm
• Completed — Trade done, crypto/Naira released
• Cancelled — Order was cancelled by either party
• Disputed — A dispute has been raised and is under review

Tap an order for full details

Tap any order in the list to see the full breakdown — the amount, the other party, payment proof, timestamps, and any messages.

Take action on active orders

For orders that are still in progress, you'll see action buttons depending on your role:

• As a Buyer: "I've Paid" button after making the transfer
• As a Seller: "Confirm Payment Received" button after checking your bank
• Both parties can Raise a Dispute if something goes wrong
